Guest Booking Requirements

The primary renter on the reservation must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
$750 security deposit required for stay.
No local Nashville residents allowed to book.
No smoking and no drugs.
Celebrations are welcome but no glitter or wall attached decor. Damages or extra cleaning required from decorative items will be deducted from security deposit.

Know Before You Book

Good as Gold Rowhouse is a tall, narrow rowhouse that is four stories. The benefit for traveling groups is that they have separate rooms, bathrooms and most separate floors for privacy. But, yes, you should expect a lot of stairs.

Yes. There is one rear dedicated carport parking spot. There are additional building and street parking options that are typically available but are first come first served.

Every bedroom and main living area has a flat screen, Smart TV. Each TV is a Smart TV where you can log into personal subscribed programs (i.e. hulu, netflix, etdc) and access local channels. But, there is no cable television provided.

While we do have families visit, the layout may not be ideal for small children. Bedrooms are separate on different floors, there are no baby gates, baby proofing, etc.

Yes. There is an exterior video camera at each exterior door. There are no interior cameras.

Yes. There is interior noise monitoring technology called Minut.

You can reach all prime tourist spots of Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium, downtown Nashville lower Broadway bars, Green Hills shopping, Belle Meade mansions, 12 South food and more within about 10 minutes or less by vehicle. Or opt to walk to the prime tourist honky tonks of downtown Nashville in 30-40 minutes and enjoy restaurants, shopping and Midtown skyscrapers along the way.
