Guest Booking Requirements

There is a maximum sleeping occupancy of 6 adults. Up to 10 occupants including children.
A rental contract is required to be signed to finalize reservation.
25 year minimum booking age for primary guest.
$650 security deposit credit hold required during stay.

No large events or parties. There are noise monitoring devices onsite that notify hosts and local authorities of any disturbances.

Know Before you book

There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is on the main level and one is located downstairs. Each bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, desk, a television and full sized futon sofas. The futons are comfortable but are more appropriate for sleeping 2 children rather than two adults.

There is also a king-sized American Leather brand pull-out sofa in the main living area.

The roads leading up to the cabin are easy to navigate, but the driveway is slightly steep and narrow (see photo in listing). It flattens out to a wider parking area. If you bring more than one vehicle, then you'll need to be comfortable reversing down the narrow, curvy driveway (since there will be limited turning radius at the top). The driveway can hold multiple vehicles, but you will need to maneuver them a bit if someone needs to depart.

There is no cable television. But, there are three large flat screen TV's in the cabin (one in each bedroom and one in the main living area) and each are Smart TV's which allow guests to log in and stream personal subscribed programs (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc) upon arrival.

The pool is 16 feet x 12 feet and it ranges from 3-5 feet deep. It is a heated saltwater pool that is kept at a steady 84 degrees throughout the year.

The pool is inside a locked room where a four digit code is required to enter. There is also a chime that sounds every time the door is opened for child safety purposes.

The pool is located on the lower floor of the cabin. So, guests need to descend down one flight of stairs to reach the pool.

The speed test is 441 Mbps which is strong. It's appropriate for video conference calls, video streaming or other purposes.

Yes. There are two desks in the cabin. One in each bedroom. The main level bedroom has a computer monitor, keyboard and mouse plus HDMI cord for guest's use.

Yes. There is one exterior camera facing the driveway.

Location

Dolly’s Splash Pad boasts a prime location for exploring all the excitement of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Dollywood’s theme park is so close that you can enjoy hearing the distant whistle of the Dollywood train right from the cabin. Just a 7-minute drive takes you to Dollywood, while the vibrant main strip of Pigeon Forge, with its array of restaurants, museums, and attractions, is only 10 minutes away. Despite its central location, the cabin offers a peaceful and secluded atmosphere, with the convenience of pizza delivery in under 10 minutes. For outdoor enthusiasts, the entrance to Great Smoky Mountain National Park and the heart of Gatlinburg are about 30 minutes away, making this the perfect base for both relaxation and adventure.

Dollywood is about a 10 minute drive from Dolly's Splash Pad cabin. You can sometimes hear the train whistle from the cabin deck.

The island at Pigeon Forge is about 15 minutes drive from the Dolly's Splash Pad cabin.

The Old Mill restaurant is about a 10 minute drive from the Dolly's Splash Pad cabin.

Spend the day in the famous and beautiful Gatlinburg.
